Switch to account mode to view all achievements on all characters on any individual character. Talk to Kimmes the Historian at the entrance to toggle between character and account mode for your hall.

Talk to Kimmes the Historian near the portal and switch to account view. You can also check the HoM calculator with any of your character names to see what your account has unlocked. Everything any character adds to your HoM is always account wide.

Just so you know, any character who has missing tapestries cannot contribute to the HoM for those areas. Finish the needed quest sections, or buy some tapestries, so that you can record those characters' armor, titles, etc.

Pets have to be level 20 to be added to the HoM. The Phoenix you can charm at the end of Factions is the one you can add; you just need to level it up first. If you just want any exotic pet to add, the Black Moa is very easy to get and is level 20 automatically.

think the only pets that adds individual statues in HoM are the black widow spider, the black moa and yes the imperial phoenix... needs lvl 20 though
rest of the pets all go into the animal companion statue, any other pet at lvl 20 will give you that. Thought I'd say just in case you go for a 50/50 in the calculator |

I did a phoenix a couple weeks ago. I think that I read that the pet also has to be evolved, in addition to level 20. If the pet hasn't gone playful or aggressive at level 11, you'll have to trash it and get another one.
Evolution, if any, will be displayed the first time you zone after the pet reachs level 11. |

Easiest way (imo) to get your phoenix into the HoM is to bring it to the Zaishen Menagerie, Death level it to 20, re-cap it on a PvE character and dedicate it. That way, even if it bugs out (sometimes it won't let you dedicate it even if it's level 20 and evolved) you will simply be able to remove it, and re-cap another level 20 version from the menagerie.

Don't "trash it" as suggested above. You can also use some balth faction in the menagerie to level and evolve your pet. It is easily farmable in zaishen challenge, not to mention things like random arena, AB, etc.
